Gail Wood-Clark has 20 years of experience in employment services in Huron County as an Employment Counsellor and Job Developer. Christina Jeffrey has been committed to helping people become successful in their work lives since 2003. She understands there are a variety of reasons an individual may experience challenges in the work world and has been assisting Huron County residents to overcome those for over 6 years. She is knowledgeable in career decision making, employment maintenance, job search techniques including development of cover letters, resumes and marketing statements, accessing the hidden job market and community resources. She holds a certificate in Career Development Practitioner with honours from Conestoga College.

Jenni Helm has over 16 years experience providing career counselling to individuals with multiple barriers to employment with 7 of these years working both as a Career Coach and Job Developer, initiating employer contacts, and placing individuals into work placements. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a three year Employment Counselling Diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College. Jenni has strong skills facilitating workshops, teaching adults and youth with a range of learning styles, the skills to find work and connect with re-training opportunities to promote success. She provides appropriate resources and tools to clients based on her knowledge of the local labour market and community. She is able to assist employers with appropriate information and come up with creative solutions to hiring, training and retaining employees. Jenni uses the Solution Focused Counselling approach.
