Essential Grammar is a three-part series. These classes teach the basic grammar rules that will improve your writing today! In this class, we talk about parts of speech. These are categories of words and they help us understand how to build sentences. Common parts of speech are nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. We also talk about the subject and predicate in a sentence and take a quick look at antonyms, homonyms and synonyms.
