Code of Conduct
All members of the Centre of Employment & Learning community, including staff and all participants in our programs, have the right to be safe, and feel safe, in our sites and in all of our programs. With this right comes the responsibility to be law-abiding citizens, and to be accountable for actions that place at risk the safety or well-being of any person whether they are on our sites, in our remote programs, or in other circumstances that could have an impact on the CEL community. As part of the Avon Maitland District School Board, the board’s code of conduct, including Standards of Behaviour applies to all members of the CEL community. As stated in the Code of Conduct, consequences may range from warnings to suspension/expulsion or removal from programs.
