Employment Success is six-part series to help you get ready for your next job. These are short sessions that give the tools you need to move forward with your goals!
In our fifth class, we talk about Email Communication. We start by reviewing the parts of an email and the features that are commonly used in the workplace. We also look at "email etiquette" - the rules we should follow when communicating digitally. Learn key skills for writing clear and effective messages and review email scenarios, to decide best ways to respond when faced with a problem.
